The Dynamic Shift: Embracing the Emergent Process in Coaching Through the Arts and Embodiment
Reflective practice on navigating between goal-focused work and the emergent process
Coaching is a dynamic interplay between goal-oriented exploration and the emergent process. Supporting the emergent process requires openness to what unfolds in the here and now, allowing new insights and directions to surface organically. When we incorporate the arts and body-based methods into coaching, we expand our capacity to uncover new and less familiar possibilities.
Through the integration of images, metaphors, and somatic awareness, you will deepen your ability to work with the unfolding nature of the coaching process. While words help cultivate understanding, visual and physical expressions can unlock deeper insights. Embodied awareness enhances self-understanding and relational presence, while images allow layers of meaning to emerge and be explored.
Who Is This Course For?
This course is designed for trained coaches who want to take their practice to the next level and counsellors who are wanting to add a somatic and creative dimension to their work. For those familiar with Creative Expansion’s work, it provides another opportunity to refine your skills and integrate this approach into your unique relational presence.

Tsafi and Jenny create a safe, reflective, and enriching space where you can explore personal material while developing your coaching and creative skills. They will demonstrate how embodied work fosters new forms of expression, communication, and transformation. Embodied Coaching Method
The Embodied Coaching Method (Lederman & Stacey), uses embodiment and the arts to raise awareness through exploration of body process, image and metaphor. This method allows expression that may not otherwise be possible and enables layers of meaning to emerge and be explored.
Who the course is for:
This course is for trained coaches who are interested in becoming more aware of their own ‘inner world’ whilst learning ways of enhancing their coaching practice. For those who know Creative Expansion’s work it is another opportunity to work at depth and increase your awareness, whilst developing your skills to integrate this creative and embodied way of working into your signature coaching presence.
Tsafi and Jenny create a safe, reflective and enriching space where you can work on your own personal material whilst also honing and developing your coaching skills. You will observe demonstrations and have time to practice and reflect on your new awareness and understanding

Coaching your Inner Team
A journey to understand & integrate parts of Self
Several psychological theories believe we are made up of different ‘parts’ which each have their own viewpoints, qualities and voices. Just as each team member in our working world brings different perspectives, strengths and skills to effectively create direction and consensus for our organisations, we want to develop the ‘best’ internal working team.
This workshop focuses on ‘parts’ of self, their internal dialogues, and discovering what aspects of Self emerge, depending on the situation and what is needed. These roles, or subpersonalities may be complimentary or pulling in different directions and need coaching.
On this workshop you will have the opportunity to
- Familiarize yourself with your internal aspects of self: how they developed and their purpose
- Become more aware of their interaction: if they are competing, co-operating or conflicted
- Work towards building a more harmonious, effective and impactful Inner Team
Dates: 18 & 19 Sept 2025 (Thursday 9:30 – 5:00h, Friday 9:30 – 4:00h)
Location: Royal Dublin Society RDS Dublin, Ireland
Cost: €830 Early Bird: €775 by 30 May
Beyond Shadows and Light:
End-of-Year Reflection and Renewal
As the year draws to a close explore your personal journey through creative and embodied methods. In our online workshop we will use reflection and expressive exercises to explore the light and dark moments in the last year, giving space for integration, growth and renewal.
This workshop offers a unique opportunity to appreciate your challenges, celebrate your achievements, and set powerful intentions for the new year.

Resourcing Ourselves: September Retreat
An opportunity to embark on a journey of self-discovery. In an ever more challenging world it is essential to tap into our inner resources (re)discovering strengths, resilience and compassion.
In this workshop – using somatic and creative exercises – you will gain awareness, challenge your ingrained patterns of behaviour, re-shape your ideas and explore new practices you can put in place as you move forward personally and professionally.
This workshop will build on the ideas from Transformative Narratives and is also available as a stand-alone session.
Transforming Narratives: Unleashing Potential by Changing Your Story
The stories we tell ourselves are a powerful indicator of how we manage the process of change. We all carry self-limiting stories and beliefs from our backgrounds, our families and our wider culture.
These can lead to self-doubt, and imposter syndrome, where we don’t notice our skills and strengths. However, stories can also offer inspiration, hope and support.
In this workshop we will explore personal stories, their impact on our lives and our ability to manage change. There will be an opportunity to examine, reflect and re-write aspects of our stories, our “script”, and to embrace what is more pertinent to our lives now. Embodied coaching using the imagination, somatic and creative methods allows insight and the opportunity to explore new directions.
This 2-day workshop provides experiential training supported by theory and debate. Delegates will have the opportunity to work on their own process whilst learning how to transfer this knowledgeand skills to their coaching practice.
On this workshop you will:
• Look at your own ‘stories’ – where are they self-limiting or strengthening?
• Explore aspects of self-doubt and imposter syndrome
• Develop skills in using creative methods in your coaching practice

Uncertainty, Transition and Change
The story of transition is filled with drama, tension, anguish and suffering. It is a story also full of triumph, delight, achievement and joy. (Bridget Farrands)
We are living in a time of transition and great change, which brings uncertainty to individuals, organisations and the wider system. How we emotionally manage this uncertainty on a personal and organisational level will be supported by our resourcefulness and creativity. As a coach you will be facilitating your clients’ transitions and this workshop will be an opportunity to think about where you could additionally use the arts and body in your work.
